one on one training

One on one training is the ultimate way to train. At least initially. We ask that each client start with at least two privates.

Your trainer will help you set goals. So if you want to lose weight, decrease pain, take a brain vacation from stress or train for an event, we can help.

  • Jessica is a high school student and elite lacrosse player.  Her goal is to stay healthy and go to a division one school. Her trainer has kept her injury free through her senior year and she got accepted at every school she sent an application.
  • Jeremy is a college student who has grown 8 inches in the past 2 years.  His lower back was objecting to this growth spurt. We lengthened, stretched and strengthened  his core and tight lower body.
  • Eileen is in her 50′s who came in with lower back pain.  In the past 8 months, she has grown an inch (from decompressing her spine) and she has lost 30 pounds. She comes in twice per week and is now jogging!
  • Bing was an executive who worked too much. We set goals, tough goals.  His body became stronger, healthier and he has completed over 5 Iron Man Triathalons.
  • Ronnie has 20 degrees of scoliosis and is in her 60′s.  She needs a combination of manual therapy.
